    HBOT acts as a catalyst for the body's own cells, including stem cells, promoting healing by increasing oxygen levels and stimulating processes like Angiogenesis (new blood vessel growth) and cellular repair. Increasing blood concentration of oxygen, elevates oxygen for the regenerative process, stimulating unipotent stem cells (proliferation and differentiation).

    Unipotent stem cells are a type of stem cell that can only differentiate into one specific cell type. They are found in mature tissues, are responsible for maintaining and repairing specific tissues, and can self-renew to create more of themselves. Examples include epidermal stem cells, which only produce keratinocytes, and cardiac muscle stem cells.

    CD34+ refers to cells that express the CD34 protein, which is a marker for primitive hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells. These cells are multipotent and can differentiate into all blood cell types. CD34+ cells are critical for bone marrow transplantation and have applications in regenerative medicine and gene therapy.

    Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) increases a range of stem cells, notably Vasculogenic stem cells, which are involved in blood vessel formation, and also Mesenchymal stem cells, which can differentiate into various cell types like bone and cartilage. Research shows that HBOT mobilises these cells and also stimulates proliferation of other types, such as intestinal stem cells and adipose-derived stem cells.

    Multipotent stem cells can differentiate into a limited number of related cell types, while Unipotent stem cells can only differentiate into one specific cell type. Both cell types are capable of self-renewal, a key characteristic that distinguishes them from non-stem cells. For example, a multipotent cell can become a red blood cell, white blood cell, or platelet, but a unipotent cell can only become skin cells.

The oxygen is pumped into chamber inside and chamber inside pressure is 8.7 Pounds per square inch (psi) or 50/60 Kilopascals (kpa), in case of backflow, oxygen concentrator output pressure must higher than chamber pressure.
