Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
thereputic benefits

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy

  • Research shows Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) has thereputic benefits.

  • Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT): consisting of 100% purity Oxygen in 2 ATA Pressure Chamber (home oxygen tank treatment 90% Oxygen at no pressure)

  • Hertfordshire Multiple Sclerosis Therapy Centre, 30 Campus Five, Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire, SG6 2JF

  • Meire Andrade meireandrade@hmstc.net

  • Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) has been shown to induce angiogenesis (Angiogenesis : new blood vessels form from pre-existing vessels, the growth of the vasculature by processes of sprouting and splitting)

  • Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Chamber (Hard Walled), capable of 16.5 feet, 24 feet and 33 feet pressure which is FSW: Feet of Sea Water or 2 ATA: Atmospheres (Absolute), Equivalent to 200% of oxygen, inducing new blood vessels required for Angiogenesis , which cytokines also cause Angiogenesis .

Higher pressure has been recognised to have better recovery and deep tissue oxygenation.

Hypoxia is a state in which oxygen is not available in sufficient amounts at the tissue level to maintain adequate homeostasis; this can result from inadequate oxygen delivery to the tissues either due to low blood supply or low oxygen content in the blood

The Oxygen Chamber has a maximum capability (with medical supervision), but not ever performed, rated at 80 feet.

  • £31 per hour £620 for 20 hours
previously $520 (£26 per hour), prior then pre COVID 2020 £400 (£20 per hour)

  • Treatment 1 session £ 31 per month or £ 372 per annum of HBOT, 1 hour session per month

  • Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy : Dr. Shai Efrati

Reverse Aging with 100% pure oxygen in a hard walled (highest) compression chamber, required for increased Angiogenesis , Telomeres length of T helper, T cytotoxic, natural killer and B cells increased and for non-healing wounds. HBOT leads to higher levels of ROS production by the mitochondria.

Hypoxia is a state in which oxygen is not available in sufficient amounts at the tissue level to maintain adequate homeostasis; this can result from inadequate oxygen delivery to the tissues either due to low blood supply or low oxygen content in the blood.
